The newest class in our Aerial Hammock curriculum, Fly Flow, will begin on June 11th!!!
Fly Flow: Take all your Fly Foundation skills off the ground for LONG in-air sequences! This fast paced class will challenge you with multiple entries and exits from moves with drops and variations. Prerequisite: 8 Fly Foundation classes.
To accommodate this new class we’ve changed “Fabric Fly” to Fly Foundation and removed prerequisites from this class. Fly Foundation: Take your Aerial Hammock practice to new heights with tricks linked together to form in-air sequences. Break down moves in detail and work with a spotter to give you confidence in the air. Concentrate on technique, move execution and build strength!
