When you are registering you’re registering for all 8 classes at the same day and time, but you can change them if needed throughout the term. The cost for the FULL 8-week course is $160 and includes 8 classes and 8 practices, 16 visits, to use during the 8-weeks. [/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title=”Who can take this class?”]This class is open to women of any size, shape, or fitness level who are over the age of 18. No previous experience is required! If you are male or under 18, contact us for class alternatives.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do I need to take Intro To Pole before taking this?”]You can sign up for Beginner Pole without taking an Intro class. Take that Intro class if you want to try Pole Exercise before committing to an 8-week course.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What should I wear?”]Shorts that are above the knee and a tank top. Terms & Conditions

By registering for a Beginner Pole class you are purchasing a membership for a 8-week fixed term. Your membership permits you to attend eight pole exercise classes and eight practices during the 8-week “Pole Term” for which you registered for the first class. Your membership is non-transferrable. No sharing, exchanging, or refunds of memberships.

Payments. You agree to pay a rate of $99.00 for the 4-week course. You must also pay Aerial Dance a service fee, currently $25, for any debit problems, such as non-sufficient funds, closed accounts or frozen or declined credit cards. Membership fees are non-refundable. 

Membership Freeze Policy. If an unforeseen medical conditioning arises you can freeze your membership by sending proper documentation to info@aerialdancepoleexercise.com. Freezes are subject to approval from the owner of Aerial Dance.

If you wish to postpone your enrollment to a later pole term you are required to give written notice a minimum of 10 days before the first pole class to withdraw and have any payment made applied to the following Pole Term registration.

WARM-UPS

Every class will begin with a warm-up; we vary the style of our warm-ups so you are exposed to different styles of Pole Exercise during your Beginner Pole Course. BUILD STRENGTH

You’ll learn a number of conditioning moves on and off the pole to increase your grip strength, shoulder strength and core strength. Transitions are what segues between tricks and spins. This is how you tell a story, form a dance and move beautifully! SPINS

Spins are the foundation of Pole. You’ll learn approximately 25 spins and spin variations. LEARN A ROUTINE!

Yes, by the end of the course you will be able to dance a mini-routine. We take transitions and spins you’ve learned during a class and add a little bit of choreography every week. $99 for all four weeks

In addition to your weekly class, Beginner Pole includes four pole practices during the term, for a total of 8 visits. Become an Aerial Dance member for even more options. This is a 4-week class that meets 50 minutes per week. If you cannot attend a week, you have the option to make it up during the 4-week term; just cancel with appropriate notice and find an open pole in another class.

All our Beginner Pole classes have a maximum of 9 ladies, so you have your own pole the entire class and a LOT of individual attention![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
