Who can take this class?
This class is open to women of any size, shape, or fitness level who are over the age of 18. No previous experience is required! If you are male or under 18, contact us for class alternatives.
Do I need to be in an 8-week Pole Course to take this?
Pole Flow is a drop-in dance class. There is no requirement to be taking an 8-week course, drop-in to this class any time you want. Pre-registeration before attending is required.
What should I wear?
Shorts and a tank top! It is often a good idea to also have leg warmers and/or knee pads for this class. If you do not own knee pads, you can rent them at the studio for $5.
What will happen in the class?
After warming up, you’ll be taught a fluid dance sequence. This will NOT include big pole tricks but will focus on movement between the floor and the pole with lots of gorgeous transitions.
How many people are in the class?
Everyone has their own pole, including the instructor, so that maximum class size is 8.
