Co-Ed Pole Strong

Get STRONG using the Pole! This conditioning class is co-ed and is open to ALL LEVELS, including drop-ins. Sweat through a workout that focuses on the main pole grips and building incredible strength towards your Flags, Iron X and other “power pole” tricks. This techniques class will help you building functional strength on and off the pole.​


Who can take this class?

This class is open to women of any size, shape, or fitness level who are over the age of 18. No previous experience is required! If you are male or under 18, contact us for class alternatives.

What should I wear?

Shorts that are above the knee and a tank top.

What will happen in the class?

Co-Ed Pole Strong is a sweaty workout class that is designed to increase your strength using the pole. You’ll start with a warm-up and then have a super fabulous workout. You’ll work through 6-10 exercises in different variations to train the grips and engagements used in Pole Tricks. This class is all about improving your pole technique by build great strength and stability.

How many people are in the class?

Everyone has their own Pole so that maximum class size is 9.
