Get STRONG using the Pole! This class is open to ALL LEVELS and is a great starting place to learn pole strength and conditioning moves to make progress on your pole journey! You’ll sweat through a workout that focuses on the main pole grips and techniques that we use in class! This class is taught barefoot with the option of adding Pleaser-style heels for those who want an extra challenge!

Who can take this class?

Co-Ed Pole Strong is open to people of any size, shape, or fitness level who are over the age of 18. No previous experience is required!

What should I wear?

Shorts that are above the knee and a tank top.

What will happen in the class?

Co-Ed Pole Strong is a sweaty workout class that is designed to increase your strength using the pole. You’ll start with a warm-up and then have a super fabulous workout. You’ll work through 6-10 exercises in different variations to train the grips and engagements used in pole tricks. This class is all about improving your pole technique by build great strength and stability.

How many people are in the class?

In Co-Ed Pole Strong, everyone has their own pole so that maximum class size is 9.
