Who can take this class?
This class is open to women of any size, shape, or fitness level who are over the age of 18. No previous experience is required! If you are male or under 18, contact us for class alternatives.
What should I wear?
Shorts and a tank top! You’ll be getting very sweaty. Some people like wearing 1/2 sole dance booties, you can purchase them at the studio. Otherwise workout in bare-feet (what most girls do) or clean gym shoes.
What will happen in the class?
Class will fly by with continues easy to follow dance moves. The first song or two will get you moving with simple dance steps that will be built on throughout the rest of class. The last song or two will be a cool down and stretch while still moving to the music. In general a class has 12-15 songs that you’ll enjoy hearing while getting a good cardio workout!
How many people are in the class?
Maximum class size is dependent on which of our rooms this class is held in, but between 8 – 15 is the standard.
