Some risks will be overwhelming at the start and yield a new hobby. Others will give you the chance to be bold and feel true excitement. Push your boundaries to unlock your potential and find a strength you didn’t know you had. At Aerial Dance you will feel alive!
Sisterhood
Feeling connect to our community fosters a sense of acceptance and belonging. We all encourage each other. Everyone is fighting her own battles and Aerial Dance is your home to be cheered and supported. If you’re having a rough day we’ll help you refocus on the positive. If you’re killing it and need to brag, we’ll listen and celebrate. Our women have an amazing uplifting camaraderie.
Self-Love
You are beautiful. You are strong. You are amazing. At Aerial Dance we reject those social expectations that you are anything but awesome. We will help you gain confidence in the radiant women you are. Executing tricks you never thought possible will improve your fortitude and our book club and facebook group will also support your courage to be authentically yourself when outside the studio.
Play
Life is FUN! Remember when you played as a child and you there was no wrong answer, just creativity and exploration? That is the essence of every class at Aerial Dance! We take the idea of adventure and combine it with the innocence of play where everyone is welcome in the sandbox and together we’re going to build a really cool fort.
Fitness
We are a fitness studio, we try to be a sanctuary and sorority more, but at the end of the day, if nothing else, you will burn calories, gain strength and improve your flexibility. Our small class sizes with truly expert instructors allows for a customized curriculum every time you are at the studio.
