Create momentum and spin in the air on a pole that isn’t moving. Sequences will include upside-down transition so ADV level pole or above is required.
To register for this class you must have taken at least one “Advanced” level pole class. You must also be a currently enrolled in a leveled weekly Pole Exercises class to be eligible to enroll in this class. Log in to your account to see upcoming class times.

Who can take this class?

This class is open to students who have been cleared for “Advanced Pole” or above in our leveled Pole Exercise Program. Students must be currently registered in a leveled pole class to register for this supplemental class.

What should I wear?

Shorts are required for this class. Having side exposure for grip is also recommended, so wearing a sports bra.

What will happen in the class?

This class will begin with a warm-up. Then you will be taught static combinations and ways to develop rotation on a locked out pole. Class will conclude with stretching.

How many people are in the class?

The maximum class size is 9 so you will have your own pole the entire class.
