Who can take this class?
Fitness FUNdamentals is open to women of any size, shape, or fitness level who are over the age of 18. No previous experience is required! If you are male or under 18, contact us for class alternatives.
What should I wear?
Bring both shorts AND Leggings for Fitness FUNdamentals. The class format changes EVERY class so therefore you may be more comfortable in either depending on the class.
What will happen in the class?
Fitness FUNdamentals is a sweaty workout class. You’ll start with a warm-up and then have a super fabulous workout. The format will change every class! Sometimes it will be body weight exercises, another class may use kettlebells, it may be a circuit, it may be a tabata, your Instructor will plan the workout based on who is registered 24 hours before. Expect a great workout that is always different.
How many people are in the class?
This class is held in MANY of our studios so depending on studio size, class size will be from 5-12.
