Things are finally starting to seem a little better. Physical therapy is starting to help, and I am starting to feel a little bit better each day. I am still not pushing things too far because I do not want to end up right back where I started, but I am starting to do more and more each day just to test how far I can go. Once I can walk/run comfortably, then I will start doing more that involves twisting and turning my body in certain ways. I am hopeful that I will be able to attend a class by the end of May. Until then I continue to get my motivation and inspiration from the all inclusive members page. Watching the ladies push themselves to get better or do things that they have yet to do motivates me to push harder, and go farther. I can not wait to be able to get back into the gym.

My activity level is increasing quite a bit. I am out and about walking more. I even added some light jogging, and shorter distance runs. I have been in the kick boxing studio a couple times, but I still try to space workouts out so that I do not reverse any progress that has been made. All the lovely ladies from Aerial Dance have been such an inspiration to keep pushing forward, especially the ladies that post videos of their accomplishments that they have work so hard to achieve. Keep the inspiration coming ladies.
