Sometimes life gets crazy and you seem to be doing everything all at once. We have to remember to take time for ourselves! For me taking time for myself means going to the studio. I go there to have fun and workout and it’s just for me and no one else.

Maybe you can’t make it to the studio as often as you like. Or when you really need some me time. Take some time for yourself at home. Do some stretching or conditioning. If you aren’t feeling up to working out take a bath or read a book. If you don’t have any books don’t forget Aerial Dance had a lending library you can check out!

Whatever you do make sure you take some time out of your daily life for your own happiness and health. You are one of the most important people in your life so take care of yourself!
