I have noticed in the world that we are living in, that we need more kindness. I love Dolly Parton and this quote “if you see someone without a smile, give them yours.” And I have found that to be true now more than ever. When I come into the studio we give each other so much encouragement on our journeys, so we should be able to do that in other places as well!
You never know what someone else is going through, so if they don’t have a smile, give them yours, even if thats with a compliment or a legitimate “how are you”. We all are so caught up in our own lives, if we can just simply take the time to open our eyes and give another human some kindness, then we have done our part! I hope you guys find this encouraging and we can all do our part to make things a little better one day at a time!
