When I walked into Aerial Dance I was already in awe of all of the camaraderie between the girls I saw that I didn’t yet know, the purple walls were soothing, and it helped me be more confident that I was in the right place. As I went through beginner pole and intermediate I then understood even more of how much I loved this safe space.
I knew that when I went to class other students would be cheering me on, as well as the instructors. I knew that if I was having a bad day I could come to my pole and let everything go for just a little while and also get a great workout while building my self confidence.
What I didn’t know was that I was going to find so many other awesome ladies just like me, that have similar or different views in the world and yet we were all there on the same team, working hard together, and building strength both inside and out!
