When you are registering you’re registering for all 8 classes at the same day and time, but you can change them if needed throughout the term. The cost for the FULL 8-week course is $160 and includes 8 classes and 8 practices, 16 visits, to use during the 8-weeks.

This class is open to women of any size, shape, or fitness level who are over the age of 18. No previous experience is required! If you are male or under 18, contact us for class alternatives.

Everyone has their own Pole so that maximum class size is 9.
