Since starting my journey with Aerial Dance I feel so incredibly empowered, and like I have become a much better version of myself.  I feel like I am unstoppable and so much stronger than I ever could have imagined.  I am constantly pushing myself to do more and learn new moves that I never thought I would have been able to do previously.  The support from all the other women there is amazing and they make you feel like you truly belong there. 

I love the variety as well because there is always something new to try and you are always able to switch it up. Whether you are doing pole classes one week or silk/hammock type classes the next, the possibilities are absolutely endless.  They each have their own benefits and they each help you get stronger in slightly different ways. 

I personally love the hammock classes when I want to relax because it is very soothing and has a really calming essence to it.  I love the pole classes for days I am really outgoing and want to express myself through dance and want to be motivated with upbeat music.  I love that the instructors are so well trained on how to properly warm your body up and cool you down so that they reduce the possibility of any injuries from jumping into a workout when you are not properly ready for it.  I find myself becoming far more flexible than I used to be and I love that I am able to see myself progress in my muscle tone the more I am working out and the more I am going to the classes.

I feel like this is truly the best decision I have made in a long time and I cannot express how grateful I am for this wonderful group of women.  They truly know how to make you feel at home and know how to push you to your full ability.  I never get sick of coming to class, and instead I find myself looking forward to it and love to see what I can accomplish from week to week that I had not been able to do previously.  There is no better feeling than being able to look back at a move you never thought you would be able to do and now you can do it successfully and powerfully.  Thank you for showing me a whole new perspective on heath and fitness!
