Who can take this class?

This class is open to women of any size, shape, or fitness level who are over the age of 18. No previous experience is required! If you are male or under 18, contact us for class alternatives.

What should I wear?

Leggings that are past your knees, a tank top and a light long sleeve top that is form fitting. It is important that all your clothing not have zippers, rhinestones, sequence, or anything sharp as this would damage the apparatus.

What will happen in the class?

Hammock Fit is a sweaty workout class. You’ll start with a warm-up and then have a super fabulous workout. The format will change every class! Sometimes it will be body weight exercises using the hammock, another class may use kettlebells, it may be a circuit, it may be a tabata. So expect a great workout that is always different.

How many people are in the class?

Everyone has their own Hammock so that maximum class size is 10.
