Get STRONG using the Pole while wearing your HEELS! The higher the better, after all, what is a heel if not an ankle weight! Build incredible strength towards your pole tricks while also becoming confident in your heels.

Who can take this class?

This class is open to women of any size, shape, or fitness level who are over the age of 18. No previous experience is required! If you are male or under 18, contact us for class alternatives.

What should I wear?

You can wear shorts or leggings for this class. Most of our women prefer shorts. Knee pads are required for this class. This class is designed to be taken wearing “pleaser style” heels, the higher the better!

What will happen in the class?

Class will start with a warm-up without shoes to prepare your ankles for heels. After putting on your shoes you’ll do a lot of exercises to build strength; the types of exercises will vary every class so it is always different. Class will end without your shoes for stretching.

How many people are in the class?

The maximum class size is 9 so you will have your own pole the entire hour.
