Who can take this class?
This class is open to women of any size, shape, or fitness level who are over the age of 18. No previous experience is required! If you are male or under 18, contact us for class alternatives.
What should I wear?
You can wear shorts or leggings for this class. Knee Pads are REQUIRED for this class and can be rented at the studio for $5. This class is intended to be taken in “Pleaser” style heels, the higher the better!
What will happen in the class?
This class will begin with a warm-up without your shoes on to prepare your ankles for heels. You’ll then put on your shoes and learn combinations that are floor based wearing your shoes and often involving the pole. The class will end with taking off your shoes to stretch.
How many people are in the class?
The maximum class size is 9 so you will have a lot of personal attention to make sure you are getting the best results for your time and effort.
