Who can take this class?

This class is open to women of any size, shape, or fitness level who are over the age of 18. No previous experience is required! If you are male or under 18, contact us for class alternatives.

What should I wear?

You can wear shorts or leggings for this class. Most of our women prefer leggings and a long sleeve top for this class.

What will happen in the class?

This class focuses on increasing your hip strength and range of motion. Different exercises will be in every class so take it twice in a week and have totally different class experiences!

How many people are in the class?

The maximum class size is 15 so you will have a lot of personal attention to make sure you are getting the best results for your time and effort.
