Aerial Conditioning

Improve your functional strength, shoulder stability and tone your body for the Aerial Arts. Use multiple apparatus including stall bars, stability balls, kettlebells, and resistance bands to condition your muscles. Work out structures and activities change daily so you’re always challenged and interested. Make your aerial tricks effortless by increasing your strength!

Who can take this class?

This class is open to women of any size, shape, or fitness level who are over the age of 18. No previous experience is required! If you are male or under 18, contact us for class alternatives.

What should I wear?

Bring both shorts AND Leggings for Aerial Conditioning. The class format changes EVERY class so therefore you may be more comfortable in either depending on the class.

What will happen in the class?

Aerial Conditioning is a sweaty workout class. You’ll start with a warm-up and then have a super fabulous workout. The format will change every class! Sometimes it will be body weight exercises, another class may use kettlebells, it may be a circuit, it may be a tabata, and if the class is in the Aerial Studio it will likely use all the toys. So expect a great workout that is always different.

How many people are in the class?

If the class is held in the Fitness Studio the maximum class size will be 5.

If the class is held in the Aerial Studio the maximum class size will be 8.
