Who can take this class?
This class is open to women of any size, shape, or fitness level who are over the age of 18. No previous experience is required! If you are male or under 18, contact us for class alternatives.
What should I wear?
You can wear shorts or leggings for this class. Most of our women prefer leggings. KNEE PADS are a must for this class.
What will happen in the class?
After a warm-up, you’ll learn a dance series that is on the ground. Choreography will be taught in short sequences so you can grasp a section before adding. Don’t be fooled by the “dance” idea, it is a very sweaty workout that engages a TON of core.
How many people are in the class?
Class size will vary depending on which room it is in, but 8-15 is the usual so you will have a lot of personal attention.

Purchase a 5 pack of drop-in classes for $125 to be used within 6 months from the purchase date.

By registering for a class you are signing up you agree to pay the cost of the class as listed at checkout. There is no sharing, exchanging, or refunds of purchases. If you need to reschedule your class, cancel with 4 hours notice to be eligible to reschedule. Classes canceled after the 4 hour cancelation window are subject to a late cancel fee.
