Improve your heels skills by taking heels classes! Class curricula change daily so there is always a new exercise or combinations to learn. You will increase your ankle strength and familiarity with stilettos while also having a great workout in all our heels classes. All heels classes are 50 minutes long and can be taken a single time; there are no set course lengths for Heels Classes, take classes whenever they fit your schedule, as often as you like. We recommend taking a heels class once per week in addition to your regular pole class for optimal results.

All Heels classes require wearing KNEE PADS. If you don’t own knee pads you can rent them at the studio for $5. Heels classes are meant to be taken wearing heels, so bring those to class too!

A single class costs $25, purchase a 5-class punch card for $110 or become an Elite Member for huge savings.

Develop strength and grace for smooth transitions from floor to pole while wearing Heels. Improve creativity and comfort with free dances. Learn a choreographed fluid dance sequence that will give you a great cardio workout.
