VIP Aerial Adventure - Aerial Dance

Try TEN class types in 90 minutes! This adventure will cover Pole, Hoop, Hammock, and Silks as well as numerous different fitness classes with multiple different instructors. This high energy workout will give you a true taste of what Aerial Dance has to offer. At the end stay for a snack while talking with Instructors about which Membership option is right for your life.

Who can take this class?

This class is open to women of any size, shape, or fitness level who are over the age of 18. No previous experience is required! If you are male or under 18, contact us for class alternatives.

What should I wear?

Legging with no zippers or sharp objects and a tank top. We dance in bare feet.
