Instructions when using your:

Equipment & Online Classes
Sometimes the classes you take from home will use exercise equipment at the studio. Don’t worry, your instructor will give you exercise variations if you don’t have the equipment. Many home items can also be used as equipment, so be prepared at the start of class to grab items that make sense if needed (see ideas below). Lastly, you can purchase a bag with the most used fitness & flexibility equipment from Aerial Dance that includes two resistance bands, a resistance loop, two spiky balls, and a pinky ball.
