Aerial Dance Student
Aerial Dance is a sanctuary for adult women! Our students are over the age of 18 and join us at all shapes, sizes, weights, and fitness levels. We have women from diverse backgrounds and occupations. So no matter where you come from, our community is welcoming if you are brave enough to try something new.
We do not allow children or men in the building during our normal weekly class times. Coming to Aerial Dance means time for YOU.
Everyone is on her OWN JOURNEY. You will progress at your own individual pace. We call our students a Sisterhood because the sport of aerial unites us. At times the sport can be challenging, humbling, and frustrating because learning new things is hard, but it is also the most uplifting, confidence building sport with absolutely joyous moments ever time you make progress. Everyone in our community is going through the same rollercoaster as they learn so we will be your biggest cheerleaders.
Our students are a huge source of strength and encouragement for each other.. This is a community where women support women. The positivity is infectious and coming through our doors means meeting a bunch of adventurous, fun women who invest time in themselves.
