We will help you gain confidence in the radiant women you are. Executing tricks you never thought possible will improve your fortitude. Our book club and Facebook group will also support your courage to be authentically yourself when outside the studio.
Play
Life is FUN! Remember when you played as a child and you there was no wrong answer, just creativity and exploration? That is the essence of every class at Aerial Dance! We take the idea of adventure and combine it with the innocence of play where everyone is welcome in the sandbox and together we’re going to build a really cool fort.
Fitness
We are a fitness studio. We try to be a sanctuary and sorority more but at the end of the day, if nothing else, you will burn calories, gain strength, and improve your flexibility. Our small class sizes with truly expert instructors allows for a customized curriculum every time you are at the studio.
