Attend flexibility classes to improve your active flexibility and stable range of motion which will help your pole and aerial tricks look more impressive! Unlike a static stretching class, our flexibility classes focus on active flexibility to help prevent injury and increase recruitment of the stabilization muscles to keep you flexible for years to come. Flexibility classes are 50 minutes long and can be taken a single time; there are no set course lengths for flexibility classes, take a class whenever it fits your schedule, as often as you like. We recommended taking flexibility classes multiple times per week, the more the better for your body! It is optimal to take flexibility classes at the end of your workout day.

A single class costs $29, purchase a 5-class punch card for $125 or become a Fitness Member or Elite Member for great savings.
