Dance classes at Aerial Dance will improve your cardiovascular health, body awareness, and movement which will enhance your pole and aerial routines! Class curricula change daily so there is always a new movement or routine to master. Dance classes give you a cardio workout while also working on body control.

All dance classes are 50 minutes and can be taken a single time; there are no set course lengths for dance classes, take classes whenever they fit your schedule, as often as you like. We recommended taking a cardio dance workout three times per week.

A single class costs $29, purchase a 5-class punch card for $125 or become a Fitness Member or Elite Member for great savings.

Get your dance on in Dance Cardio! This is a sweaty, cardio-intensive workout that is all about moving by dancing!!! Follow along with easy steps and come shake it!

FLOOR FLOW

Learn how to apply core strength and balance to your dance movements and floor work. Improve creativity and comfort with free dances. Learn a choreographed fluid floor dance sequence that will give you a great ab and cardio workout.

POLE & HEELS FLOW

Develop strength and grace for smooth transitions from floor to pole by promoting core stability and body control. Improve creativity and comfort with free dances. Learn a choreographed fluid dance sequence that will give you a great cardio workout. No prior pole experience needed. Wear socks or heels in this class; knee pads are needed.

By registering for a class you are signing up you agree to pay the cost of the class as listed at checkout. There is no sharing, exchanging, or refunds of purchases. If you need to reschedule your class, cancel with 4 hours notice to be eligible to reschedule.

Frequently asked questions

Who can take this class?

This class is open to women of any size, shape, or fitness level who are over the age of 18. No previous experience is required! If you are male or under 18, contact us for class alternatives.

What do I wear?

Leggings & a tank top are great for Fitness and Aerial classes. Shorts above the knee are good for Pole classes. Plan to be barefoot unless you prefer to wear clean tennis shoes and please refrain from wearing jewelry. Bring a water bottle, too!

How many people are in the class?

Maximum class size is 8-10 people, depending on the class, so the instructor can give individual variations and assist in spotting as needed.
