Who can take this class?

This class is open to women of any size, shape, or fitness level who are over the age of 18. No previous experience is required! If you are male or under 18, contact us for class alternatives.

What should I wear?

You can wear shorts or leggings for this class. Most of our women prefer leggings and a long sleeve top to put on so they stay warm while stretching.

What will happen in the class?

This class focuses on increasing your flexibility using the latest science. EVER class will be use different technique and be different! We use active flexibility exercises, foam rollers, pinky balls, spiky balls, and other techniques to improve your flexibility safely and long term.

How many people are in the class?

The maximum class size is 10 so you will have a lot of personal attention to make sure you are getting the best results for your time and effort.
