Looking to get your workout in while your child is at the Champion Center?

Aerial Dance offers drop-in group fitness classes for women and you can see our building from the Champion Center parking lot! All of our classes start on the hour (11am, 5pm, etc) and are 50 minutes in length. Sign up for a class below and come on over! No experience necessary; we welcome women of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels!

A single class costs $29, purchase a 5-pack of classes for $125 or become a Fitness Member for a monthly class pass if you’re a frequent guest of this area.

With our 50 minute class times you can honestly fit in your workout within an hour, including drive time, and be back when your child needs to be picked up.

Who can take this class?

This class is open to women of any size, shape, or fitness level who are over the age of 18. No previous experience is required! If you are male or under 18, contact us for class alternatives.

What do I wear?

Leggings & a tank top are great for many of our classes. Shorts above the knee are best for pole classes. Plan to be barefoot unless you prefer to wear clean tennis shoes for fitness classes and please refrain from wearing jewelry. Bring a water bottle, too!

How many people are in the class?

Maximum class size is 8-10 people, depending on the class, so the instructor can give individual variations and assist in spotting as needed.

Booking Terms & COnditions

By registering for a class you are signing up you agree to pay the cost of the class or membership as listed at checkout. There is no sharing, exchanging, or refunds of purchases. If you need to reschedule your class, cancel with 4 hours notice to be eligible to reschedule.
